| 摘 要： | 目的：提高腹部疾病影像诊断水平，探索动脉造影ＣＴ在腹部疾病诊断中的应用价值。对象与方法：２２例腹部疾病患者与行动脉造影ＣＴ检查，检查后均经手术或活检明确诊断。常规血管造影操作将导管抽入的病变供血动脉后，注入造影剂同时行ＣＴ扫描。观察影像学改变，做出诊断；同时观察离子造影剂和非离子型造影剂的差别。结果：诊断符合率９５．５％，离子型造影剂和非离子型造影剂之间的检查中未见差别。结论：动脉造影ＣＴ对于腹部

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the diagnosis in abdominal diseases with imaging methods.To evaluate the clinical benefits of CT arterial angiography (CTA) in diagnosing the abdominal diseases.Methods:Twenty-two patients with abdominal diseases confirmed by surgery or biopsy underwent CTA.The catheter was inserted into the nursing artery of lesion regularly.CT scan was performed while the contrast medium was infusing.With information by such imaging method,diagnosis was made and the difference between ionized and non-ionized agent was concluded.Result:The accuracy is 95.5%,and there is no difference between ionized and non-ionized agent.Conclusion:CT-A is of clinical worthy in diagnosis of tumors in abdominal solid organs and gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Using ionized contrast medium in CT-A can reduce the cost of examination. |
