| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨妥泰治疗青年性脑梗塞后继发癫痫的疗效 ,提出相应护理对策。方法 :青年性脑梗塞后继发癫痫的病人 4 2例 ,随机分为治疗组 2 2例 ,对照组 2 0例 ,对照组按不同的发作类型分别服用苯妥英钠、丙戊酸钠、卡马西平及地西泮等药 ;治疗组则在此基础上加服用妥泰。疗程为 2 0周。治疗后进行疗效评定。结果 :治疗组临床疗效优于对照组 ,差异有非常显著意义 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :妥泰是一种治疗青年性脑梗塞后继发癫痫的药物 ,配合精心护理 ,能够达到理想的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Aim To evaluate the effect of Topiramate on epilepay youth patients after cerebral infarction(CI)and the method of nursing care.Methods Fourty-two epilepsy youth patients with CI were randomly divided into two groups,the Topiramate treating group(22 cases)and the control group(20 cases).Roution treatrment was given to all patients.The control group were given Carbamazepine,Dilantin,Sod Valproate or Valium differently,and on the basis of this,Topiramate,for 20 weeks were given more in the treating group.Results After 20 weeks therapy,the treating group showed a statistically effective rate of 74.5 %(P<0.01).Conclusion:Topiramate is effective in treatment of epilepsy youth patients accompany with good nursing care after cerebral infarction. |
