摘    要:目的:观察近交系豫医无毛小鼠染色体G显带,并绘制出其染色体G带带型模式图。方法:取近交系豫医无毛小鼠骨髓细胞制备染色体标本片,以胰酶法获取分散充分,带型清晰的早中期及中期分裂相。结果:同一个中期细胞中染色体的带没有Nesbitt模式图的带多,不同细胞中带最多的染色体,其带的数目和位置与Nesbitt模式图基本一致。在核型分析的基础上绘制了近交系豫医无毛小鼠G带模式图,描述了各号染色体G带带型特征。结论:近交系豫医无毛小鼠G带模式图的绘制,为豫医无毛小鼠细胞遗传学的研究提供依据。

Abstract:Aim:To study the G banding pattern of the chromosomes and idiogram in inbred strain Yuyi hairless mice. Methods: Bone marrow cells from Yuyi hairless mice were obtained for chromosome analysis. The specimens were banded by Giemsa staining following trysinization which produced well scattered and sharply banded mitotic figures ranging from early metaphase to mid metaphase. Results: We had not found as many bands in one metaphase chromosome banded with trypsin Giemsa technique as that with Nesbitt. The banding numbers and positions for each well banding chromosome picked out from different metaphase plates were consistent with those of Nesbitt's idiogram. Idiogram of G banding patterns were constructed on the basis of karyotype analysis. The features of banding patterns of the individual chromosome were presented. Conclusion: The G banding karyotype idiogram of inbred strain Yuyi hairless mice could be used to study cell genetics of hairless mice.
