| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨预测球囊导管二尖瓣成形术（PBMV）疗效的预测因素。方法 将54例PBMV术后3～12年心功能随访结果与术前超声记分及其他有关因素进行对比分析。结果 高二尖瓣超声记分和心房纤颤是预示临床远期疗效差及无事件（心功能恶化，再狭窄）生存率降低的主要预测因素。结论 超声记分和心房纤颤可做为术前筛选患者的主要指标。二尖瓣超声记分是判定PBMV预后的简便方法，具有临床实用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the prognosis of percutaneous transluminal balloon mitral valvuloplasty(PBMV) and it's predictors.Methods We comparatively studied the follow up results of heart function of 54 cases undergone PBMV to the preoperative ultrasound score and other related factors.Results High mitral valve echocardiographic score and atrial fibrillation (AF) were important predictors of bad long-term prognosis and decrease of survival rate without events (heart failure,restenosis) after PBMV.Conclusions Mitral valve echocardiographic score is a simple and valuble means in predicting prognosis of PBMV. |
