CD68巨噬细胞在腰椎间盘突出组织中的分布及其意义

目的:研究CD68巨噬细胞在不同类型腰椎间盘突出组织中的分布及其意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测40例(男27例,女13例)退变腰椎间盘和8例(男3例,女5例)特发性脊柱侧凸腰椎间盘髓核组织中CD68的表达。将获得的数据进行统计学分析。结果:腰椎间盘突出破裂型组和未破裂型组CD68表达阳性分别为18例,13例。8例特发性脊柱侧凸腰椎间盘组织中CD68阳性表达1例。结论:CD68巨噬细胞参与了腰椎间盘突出症的发病,但与突出严重程度无关。

The distribution and significance of the positive expressing macrophage of CD68 in the herniated lumbar disc

Objective:To study the distribution and significance of the positive expressing macrophage of CD68 in tissues of different type of herniated lumbar disc.Methods:The expression of CD68 in experimental group(40 fresh pulpy nucleus of patients with lumbar disc herniation,27 males and 13 females)and control group(8 flesh pulpy nucleus of patients with idiopathic scolicsis,3 males and 5 femalcs)were detected with immunohistochemical techniques.Then perform statistical analysis.Results:Positively expressing cells of CD68 in rupture group and unrupture group of LDH were 18 and 13 speciments.In the control group,positively expressing cells of CD68 was presented only 1 speciment.Conclusion:the positive expressing macrophage of CD68 involved in degeneration and herniation of lumbar disc.But there is no correlation between the level of the herniated disc.
