视网膜静脉阻塞的诊断治疗

目的探讨分析视网膜静脉阻塞的诊断及治疗方法。方法选取该院2012年6月—2013年6月期间诊治视网膜静脉阻塞的82例患者随机分组。一组根据中医辨证采用银杏叶注射液结合激光光凝治疗为观察组。另一组仅采用激光治疗为对照组。结果观察组疗效率是95.12%,对照组疗效率是82.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后两组患者视网膜循环的时间缩短明显,且观察组远远优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶注射液结合激光光凝治疗,能加强视网膜出血或渗出的吸收,降低激光治疗引起的不良反应,视力得到显著提高,减小病程。

The Diagnosis and Treatment of Retinal Vein Occlusion

Objective To study the ways of diagnosis and treatment of retinal vein occlusion. Methods 82 patients with retinal vein occlusion admitted in our hospital from June, 2012 to June, 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The observation group was given Ginkgo biloba extract injection combined with laser photocoagulation based on TCM syndrome differentiation. The control group was given laser treatment only. Results The curative rate of the obser- vation group was 95.12%, while that of the control group was 82.93%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）. Retinal circulation times of the groups shortened obviously afterl-month treatment. The retinal circulation time of the observation group was much shorter than that of the control group with the difference statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba ex- tract injection combined with laser photocoagulation treatment can strengthen the absorption of retinal hemorrhage or leakage, re- duce the adverse effects caused by laser treatment, increase visual acuity significantly and shorten the course of the disease.
