| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨综合护理干预对高强度超声聚焦刀治疗子宫肌瘤的影响。方法：将我院近期收治的行高强度超声聚焦刀治疗子宫肌瘤患者70例随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,观察组实施综合护理干预,对照组给予妇科常规护理。结果：观察组患者的肌瘤体积缩小率显著高于对照组,两组比较,具有显著差异性（P〈0.05）。结论：综合护理干预在高强度超声聚焦刀治疗子宫肌瘤方面起到了至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention on the influence of the high intensity focus ultrasonic knife treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods：Recently admitted in our line of high intensity focus ultrasonic knife treatment of 70 patients with uterine fibroids, and 35 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group each group implement comprehensive nursing intervention, control group given conventional nursing care of department of gynaeeology.Resuhs：The observation group of patients with myoma shrinkage rate is significantly higher than the control group, two groups of comparison, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention on the high intensity focus ultrasonic knife treatment of uterine fibroids ways play a crucial role. |
