多层螺旋CT血管造影在颈动脉病变诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影成像检查(MSCTA)在颈动脉病变诊断的应用。方法回顾性分析我院2005年1月~2005年7月行颈动脉血管造影成像检查36例患者的影像学资料。三维重建方法包括多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建、表面遮盖成像(SSD)、最大强度投影(MIP)、容积成像(VRT)血管仿真内窥镜(CTVE)。结果36例颈动脉MSCTA检查,27例患者有异常血管,其中双侧血管异常11例,单侧血管异常16例,狭窄血管35支,30支血管壁有不同程度的钙化,15支颈动脉可观察到软斑块。结论颈动脉MSCTA检查可清楚观察颈动脉的血管形态,了解颈动脉狭窄程度及闭塞情况,且能观察颈动脉壁的钙化及软斑块,对脑梗塞的病因诊断和治疗有较大的帮助。

Diagnosis of carotid artery diseases using MSCTA

Abstract:Objective To evaluate effectiveness of MSCTA in diagnosing carotid artery diseases. Methods 36 patients with carotid artery diseases were retrospectively reviewed. The patients underwent 3D-reconstruction procedures during January 2005-July 2005 including MPR, SSD, MIP, VRT and CTVE. Results 27 patients showed abnormal blood vessels, among them 11 were bilaterally abnormal, 16 were lateral. 35 blood vessels were narrowed, 30 were calcified more or less in wall of blood vessels, and 15 showed soft plaques. Conclusion MSCTA helps to clearly display anatomy of carotid artery, showing narrowness, occlusion, calcification and soft plaque of it, contributing to diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction.
