| 摘 要： | 笔通过对128例接受机械通气治疗患的回顾分析，发现呼吸机相关性肺炎发生与患昏迷，机械通气时间，留置胃管，误吸等密切相关，并针对性地提出做好病室管理，呼吸机管道管理以及做好气道护理，口咽部护理，误吸的预防护理等措施以降低呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率。

| Abstract: | In this study, 128 patients with mechanical ventilator (MV) were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the risky factors affecting the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia (VAP). The results showed that the development of VAP was highly correlated with patient's states such as coma, duration of time of MV, placement of gastric tube and misinhalation. Measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of VAP such as management of sick wards and ventilator tubes, nursing care of respiratory tract, mouth and pharynx and the prevention of misinhalation. |
