脑脉欣无糖颗粒对大鼠脑缺血的保护作用

摘    要:目的 观察脑脉欣无糖颗粒灌胃给药对大鼠脑缺血的保护作用。方法 采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉方法复制急 性实验性不完全性脑缺血模型,观察脑脉欣无糖颗粒对大鼠脑指数、脑含水量、脑毛细血管通透性及脑组织形态学的影响。 结果 脑脉欣无糖颗粒可明显减轻急性不完全性脑缺血引起的大鼠脑指数升高和脑含水量增加,降低脑缺血引起的毛细血 管通透性,减轻脑组织损伤的病理改变。结论 脑脉欣无糖颗粒有明显的脑缺血保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the protective function of Naomaixin granule on act, re cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods The model of acute incomplete cerebral ischcmia was induced by ligaruring bilateral carotid arteries. Cerebral index,cerebral water content, capillary permeability of brain,and the change of cerebral morphology in rats were observed. Results The cerebral index,cerebral water content,capillary permeability of brain were decreased markedly by treating with Naomaixiu granule,and the injury of brain tissue was also improved significantly.Conclusion Naomaixin granule has the protective effects on acute cerebral ischemia in rats.
