高龄肺癌肺切除术后心律失常的临床分析

探讨高龄患者肺切除术后的常见并发症心律失常的相关危险因素。方法:对40例70岁以上肺癌肺切除病人进行分析,其中16例病人发生心律失常,采用多功能心电监护仪72h连续监测心电图及血压,如发现心电图异常,即作记录分析,必要时作血气分析。结果:全组16例经抗心律失常治疗,均治愈出院。结论:对术前心功能必须有充分的认识,对高龄肺切除的术式即肺切除的范围,术前要有充足的估计。肺活量占预计值的百分比应作为反映肺容积的客观指标。

Clinical Analysis on Arrhythmia after Lung Resection in Old Patients with Lung Cancer

To probe into the risk factors relative to arrhythmia which frequently takes place after lung resection in old patients with lung cancer.Methods:40 cases (over 70 years old) having undergone lung resection were analysed.The electrocardiogram and blood pressure of 16 cases with arrhythmia were determined for 72 h. When abnormality was found in electrocardiogram,it should be recorded and the blood gas should be also analysed when necessary.Results: All of 16 patients with arrhythmia were cured with anti- arrhythmia therapy.Conclusion:The cardiac function should be checked up and the operation type should be determined before operation.The percentage in anticipant value occupided by vital capacity should be an objective index that can reflect the lung volume.
