蔗糖及糖内非糖成份致龋离体牙实验模型及扫描电镜观察

摘    要:将离体牙用指甲油开窗,放入不同等级的蔗糖液中.定期加入新配制的蔗糖液,经3600h,成功地制备出离体牙龋坏模型,蒸馏水对照组无一出现龋坏,经扫描电镜观察对照组牙釉质结构正常,实验牙釉质表面层脱矿、呈风化石层样改变,其裂纹方向与釉柱垂直.釉柱呈现不同程度破坏,牙本质小管最先出现脱矿,首次见到牙本质小管呈现诺义曼鞘样改变.认为蔗糖及糖内非糖成份完全具备致龋的条件.

Abstract:This paper reported a model of dental caries produced by sucrose in vitro. The windows are prepared by surface slabs. After soaking in 10% of sucrose solution for 3 600 hours , apparent caries in the areas of windows appeared. Scanning electron microscopy showed the demineralization in the surface. rodel and interprismatic substance. The changes of enamel surface was most obvious which showed the ap-pearence of the weathering of rocks. The demineralization was firstly taken place in the internal wall of dentinal tubules and a Neumann's sheath in the dentinal tubule was also observed. The normal control group with distilled water showed no any change of caries. From the findings of the experiment, we infer that sucrose have capacity to produce dental caries.
