| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗Vogt小柳原田综合征的临床疗效。方法将70例Vogt小柳原田综合征住院患者分为2组。治疗组52例(104眼)应用激素及免疫抑制剂并配合中药治疗。对照组18例(36眼)单用激素及免疫抑制剂治疗。观察对比2组疗效。结果治疗组治愈率66.3%,对照组治愈率30.6%。2组治愈率比较及出院视力比较均有非常显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗Vogt小柳—原田综合征疗效高于单用西药治疗,并可减少复发。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease treated with combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. Method 70 cases with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=18) were treated only by hormone and immunosuppressants. Patients in treatment group (n=52) were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine, hormone and immunosuppressants.Result The curative rate in treatment group (66.3%) was higher than that in control group (30.6%, P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine was more effective on the treatment of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease. |
