| 摘 要： | 8-甲氧基补骨脂素是我们首次从白花前胡中分离得到的化合物,经药理实验证明有钙离子拮抗作用。我们以邻苯三酚为原料,对其全合成进行了研究,在考查有关文献条件的基础上,对一些反应进行了工艺改进。

| Abstract: | Methoxsalan is a natural ingredient isolated from traditional Chinese medicinal material peucedanum praeruptorum. It has been recently discovered that methoxsalan exerts calcium antagonistic activity. In this paper the total synthesis of the compound was reported. Some reactions in the process of synthesis were studied. The conditions of some reections were improved, the yields were increased and reaction periods were decreased as well. The synthetic product was identified by UV, IR, NMR and EIMS spectra. |
