复方丹参佐治新生儿硬肿症56例临床分析

目的：观察复方丹参治疗新生儿硬肿症疗效。方法：将96例新生儿硬肿症分为治疗组56例和对照组40例。治疗组在综合治疗基础上加用复方丹参治疗，2ml/d，用药3—7d，对照组仅采用综合治疗，临床观察比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组在吸乳量、哭声、体温、皮肤硬肿方面优于对照组，两组差异有显著性。结论：复方丹参佐治新生儿硬肿症效果良好。

Efficacy of salvia miltiorrhiza compound in the treatment of neonatal scleredema

Objective:To observe the efficacy of salvia miltiorrhiza compund(SMC)in the treatment of neonatal scleredema.Methods:96 cases of neonatal scleredema were diveded into two groups randomly,and treat them with complex treatment.We use SMC in one group of patients(2ml/d,for 3 to 7 days)and do not in another.We distinguish the efficacy of therapy of the two groups.Results:The treatment group has better effects than the control group in the amount of food taken,crying sound,body temperature and scleredema disappearance,and the distinction between them is obvious.Conclusion:Efficacy of using SMC to treat neonatal scleredema is very notable.
