阿托伐他汀对股骨头缺血性坏死患者血清SOD、MDA和Ox-LDL影响

摘    要:目的 观察阿托伐他汀对股骨头缺血性坏死血清SOD、MDA、Ox-LDL和血脂的影响,探讨阿托伐他汀对股骨头缺血性坏死治疗保护作用。方法 实验分为4组:股骨头缺血性坏死血脂正常组(V组)、股骨头缺血性坏死高血脂组(VH组)、股骨头缺血性坏死血脂正常阿托伐他汀治疗组(VT组)、股骨头缺血性坏死高血脂阿托伐他汀治疗组(VHT组)。双抗体夹心ELISA法测定Ox-LDL,生物化学法测定SOD、MDA、血脂。结果 VH组经过阿托伐他汀治疗后MDA浓度明显降低, SOD浓度明显增高, V、VH组ox-LDL浓度明显降低 ;经过阿托伐他汀治疗后VH组痴呆症状明显减轻 。结论 阿托伐他汀能够降低股骨头缺血性坏死血清MDA、ox-LDL浓度;增高SOD浓度减轻股骨头缺血性坏死痴呆症状,阿托伐他汀对股骨头缺血性坏死可以通过抑制自由基反应、氧化应激效应发挥治疗保护作用。

Serum Level of SOD, MDA, Ox-LDL and Serum Lipid In Osteonerosis of femoral head with Atorvastatin
Abstract:Objective To observe influence of atorvastatin on serum level of SOD, MDA, ox-LDL, and serum lipid in osteonerosis of femoral head; to study its protection mechanisms for osteonerosis of femoral head. Methods Observers were divided into: normal serum lipid level group with osteonerosis of femoral head(V), higher serum lipid level group with osteonerosis of femoral head (VH), normal serum lipid level osteonerosis group with atorvastatin treeatment (VT), higher serum lipid level osteonerosis group with atorvastatin treeatment(VHT). Ox-LDL was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay ; SOD, MDA and serum lipid level was measured by biochemistry. Results The serum level of MDA in VH group after atorvastatin treatment is lower ;The serum level of SOD in VH group is more increased than that of in V group; The serum level of ox-LDL in VH, V groups is lower after atorvastatin treatment ; The dementia degree is lower after atorvastatin treatment. Conclusions Atorvastatin can decrease the serum level of MDA and ox-LDL, and increase that of SOD, and attenuate symptom in VD, especially, with hyperlipemia. The hypothesis of atorvastatin protection for osteonerosis is made that atorvastatin may restrain free radical reaction and retard oxidation in VD.
