基层医院感染管理存在的问题分析及对策

由于市场竞争、成本效益、人才流失、山区地方经济滞后等诸多原因导致基层医院在感染管理、人才培养、设施布局及污物处理等方面存在差距。提出加大政策与经济扶持的力度,加强基础设施建设、人才培养及信息沟通,健全污染源监控体系,逐步普及农村医疗保障等是改变基层医院感染管理现状的必要措施。

Problems and countermeasure in infection control in primary hospitals

Because of the factors of market competition,profit from cost,loss of talents,backwardness of economics in mountious areas,etc,the primary hospitals fall behind in the aspects of hospital infection control,cultivation of talents,reasonable layout of facilities,disposal of dirty things,and so on.Aimed at the problems,this article put forward the following countermeasures to change the present situation in the management of infection control in primary hosptials,such as enforcing the support in policy and finance,strengthening the construction of basic facilities,cultivation of talents and information communication,perfecting the controlling system of infectious sources,polularizing medical insurance in the countryside,and so on.
