剖宫产术后促使产妇早进食早泌乳的护理研究

为促使剖宫产术后产妇早进食、早泌乳，满足母乳喂养的需要，选取360例剖宫产产妇，随机分为两组，实验组于剖宫产术后6h口服果导2片，7h进流质饮食，12h进半流质饮食；对照组于术后肛门排气后再进食。结果：实验组肛门排气时间比对照组明显缩短（P＜0．05），泌乳时间提前，泌乳量也增加（P＜0．05）。认为剖宫产术后适当刺激肠蠕动，对恢复产妇饮食、改善泌乳有积极作用。

Nursing Study on Early Food-in Take and Early Lactation in Post-surgical Parturients Underwent Cesarean Section

To help post-surgical parturients of cesarean section have early food-in take and early lactation, to meet the needs of breast feeding for their babies, 360 parturients were selected and divided into two groups. Parturients in test group were taken 2 tablets of Phenolphthaleinum 6h after the operation, 7h after the operation they were given some liquid diet, and 12h after the operation they were given some semi-liquid food. Parturients in control group did not have anything after the operation until they have anal exsufflation. Results showed that in terms of anal exsufflation time parturient in test group was shortened markedly than in control group (P<0.05). The time of lactation of parturients in test group were move up and the quantity of lactation were increased as well (P<0.05). Suggested that after cesarean section, stimulating the peristalsis properly can help parturients have diet recovered. It can also play an active role to improve their lactation.
