口腔医护人员手卫生认知水平调查分析

目的：调查分析口腔医护人员手卫生认知水平及影响因素。方法采取随机问卷调查的方式，对口腔医护人员手卫生认知水平及影响洗手的因素进行调查。结果口腔医护人员在手卫生的认识、手卫生指征的掌握情况、洗手方法和手套使用相关知识的掌握情况、影响口腔医护人员手卫生的调查结果正确率最高为100．00%，最低为60．75%。结论接受调查的口腔医护人员手卫生认知水平总体令人满意，但在实际临床工作中手卫生依从性不高，存在自觉洗手率低和戴手套不规范操作等现象。医院需加强医院感染相关知识培训，创造手卫生氛围、强化手卫生意识、重视提高医务人员手卫生的依从性，以有效控制医院感染的发生。

Investigation of cognitive hand hygiene level of stomatology staff

Objective To understand the cognitive hand hygiene level of the stomatology staff and its influencing factors. Methods The cognitive hand hygiene level and effect factors of stomatology staff of our hospital were investigated using random questionnaire survey. Results The survey accuracy was as high as 100%, and the lowest was 60. 75% in the following aspects: cognitive hand hygiene level, mastery of hand hygiene indication, methods of washing hands, gloves using and effect factors of hand hygiene of stomatology staff. Conclu-sion The general level of stomatology staff surveyed is satisfactory, but in the actual clinical work hand hygiene compliance is not high, con-sciously washing rate is low and non-standard operation phenomenon such as wearing gloves appears. For the hospitals, it is necessary to strengthen hospital infection knowledge training, create the atmosphere of hand hygiene, strengthen the awareness of hand hygiene, attach great importance to improving the medical staff hand hygiene compliance, in order to effectively control the occurrence of hospital infection.
