彩色多普勒超声检查在腹股沟包块鉴别诊断中的应用

目的：探讨超声检查对腹股沟包块鉴别诊断的应用价值。方法对20例腹股沟包块患者进行超声检查，观察包块位置、大小、形态，并与术后病理或随访相比较。结果20例腹股沟包块患者中，腹股沟疝16例，与手术诊断符合率为100．0%；淋巴结肿大1例，隐睾2例，与治疗后随访复查符合率为100．0%；超声诊断腹股沟囊性包块1例，手术病理腹股沟囊肿。结论彩色多普勒超声在腹股沟包块的鉴别诊断中具有重要作用。

Value of color Doppler ultrasound in differential diagnosis of inguinal mass

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of inguinal masses. Methods Twenty patients of inguinal masses were inspected by color Doppler ultrasound, and the masses's position, size, form were observed and compared with the results after the surgery or follow-up. Results In 20 patients, there were 16 cases of hernia, and the coincidence rate of the results after the surgery was 100. 0%;1 case of enlargement of lymph nodes, 2 cases of cryptorchid, and the coincidence rate of the results after fol-low-up was 100. 0%;1 case of inguinal cystic mass, and surgical pathology showed the cyst. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is very important and useful examination in differential diagnosis of the inguinal mass.
