MRI对前置胎盘的诊断价值

目的：探讨MRI对前置胎盘及合并胎盘植入的诊断价值。方法回顾分析手术及病理证实的15例前置胎盘患者的临床及MRI资料,包括1例前置胎盘合并胎盘植入及1例前置胎盘合并胎盘粘连,分析并总结其MRI诊断要点。结果完全性前置胎盘共6例,MRI对于完全性前置胎盘的诊断正确率为100．0%,但其中1例完全性前置胎盘合并胎盘粘连MRI术前漏诊,诊断符合率83．3%；部分性前置胎盘共3例,正确诊断2例,诊断符合率66．7%；边缘性前置胎盘共6例,诊断符合率为100．0%。而超声检查除1例完全性前置胎盘合并胎盘粘连漏诊外,其余病例均符合。结论 MRI对前置胎盘具有较高的诊断价值,多方位多角度观察有助于前置胎盘的明确分型。

The value of MRI in the diagnosis of placenta previa

Objective To investigate the value of MRI in diagnosis of placenta previa and its combination of placenta accrete. Mate-rials and Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data and MRI features of 15 Cases of placenta previa,whichconfirmed by operation and pathology, including 1 case of placentaaccreta,and 1 case with adherent placenta, analyze and summarize the diagnostic poinst of MRI ima-ging. Results There are 6 cases of complete placenta previa,thediagnosisofMRI was correct,1 case with adherent placenta were not diag-nosed by MRI pre-operation,accordance rate was 83. 3%;3 cases of partial placenta previa,MR diagnosed 2 cases,thediagnoseaccordance rate was 66. 7%;6 cases of marginal placenta previa,thediagnose accordance rate was 100. 0%. US was not diagnose 1 case with adherent placenta,the rest of cases were diagnosed correctly. Conclusions MRI has a high diagnostic value of placenta previa, multi direction and multi angle observation make classification clearly.
