摘    要:目的:建立制痂酊中龙脑、异龙脑的含量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法,FID 检测器,色谱柱:HP-INNOWax Polyeth-ylene Glycol 毛细柱(30.0 m ×250μm ×0.25μm),柱温:130℃,进样口温度:210℃,检测器温度:250℃。结果龙脑、异龙脑分别在0.0271~0.2710 g·L -1、0.0235~0.2352 g·L -1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r 值均为0.9998(n =6)。平均回收率分别为97.48%,97.46%;RSD 分别为1.46%,1.57%。结论该法准确可靠,可用于制痂酊的质量控制。

Determination of borneol and isoborneol in Zhijia Tincture by GC

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the determination of borneol and isoborneol in Zhijia Tincture.Methods GC method was used in the quantitative analysis.An HP -INNOWax Polyethylene Glycol capillary column (30.0 m ×250 μm ×0.25 μm)was a-dopted.FID was used as detector.The column temperature was 130℃.The injection port temperature of GC was set at 210℃.The de-tector temperature was set at 250℃.Results The calibration curve had good linear relationship in the range of 0.027 1 ~0.271 0 g· L -1 ,0.023 5 ~0.235 2 g·L -1 for borneol and isoborneol (r =0.999 8,n =6).The average recoveries were 97.48%,97.46%,re-spectively.The RSD were 1.46%,1.57%,respectively.Conclusions This method is accurate and reliable,which can be used for the quality control of Zhijia Tincture.
