腔镜手术病人的需求及护理

目的了解腔镜手术病人的需求,采用相应的护理措施。方法对120例手术病人术前采用自行设计的问卷进行调查,问卷内容包括微创手术知识、手术环境、护理服务、心理需求4个方面,答卷结合访谈形式进行。并针对病人的需求采取护理措施:加强对病人的健康教育;提高服务质量,满足病人对手术环境的需求;加强心理支持,提高技术水平。结果病人对手术的效果及并发症知识需求最高(75.0%),其次为对手术的方法及时间(50.0%),术前的准备情况、护理知识(46.6%),不同病人对手术环境的需求不同(P<0.05),经尿道前列腺电切术病人的需求最高。病人认为护理服务需求中技术水平更为重要(60.0%),其次是服务态度的需求(35.0%)。心理需求中要求得到关心照顾的需求最高(86.7%),其次是护患沟通的需求(70.8%)。结论认为根据腔镜手术病人的需求,采取相应的护理措施是手术护理的关键。

The Needs and Nursing Care of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Operation

Objective To investigate the needs of patients undergoing laparoscopic operation so as to take pertinent nursing measures.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were investigated by self-designed questionnaire about knowledge,the operation environment,nursing service and mental needs,while interviews to them were conduced.Results The need of patients for the operative knowledge and complications from operation is the largest(75.0%),their need to know about operative method and time in the second place(50.0%),followed by need to know the preparation and nursing knowledge(46.6%).Different patients had different needs for operative environments(P<0.05) but those who underwent per urethra prostate gland electrocision had the largest needs.60% of them thought nursing skills were more important,followed by needs for service attitude(35.0%).In mental needs,needs for getting concerns and care were ranked on the top(86.7%),followed by the need for patient-nurse communication(70.8%).Conclusion Heath education for the patients undergoing laparoscopic operation,enhancement of nursing service,meeting the needs of operational environment,enhanced mental support are the key to the improvement of nursing quality.
