腹部手术后呼吸功能的改变

目的 探讨腹部手术对呼吸功能的影响。方法 应用脉冲振荡肺功能测定仪（ＩＯＳ）动态观察３２例腹部手术患手术前和手术后第１，３，５，１０天呼吸功能的改变。结果 与手术前相比，手术后患肺容积和通气功能明显下降，总气道阻力增加，但中心气道阻力和肺弹性阻力无明显改变。结论 腹部手术后呼吸功能异常主要表现为限制性通气功能障碍，同时也存在因小气道阻力增加所致的阻塞性通气功能异常。

Changes in pulmonary function after abdominal surgery

Objective To evaluate the effect of abdominal surgery on postoperative pulmonary function. Methods Pulmonary functions before and 1, 3, 5, 10 days after abdominal surgery were monitored by impulse oscillometry (IOS). Results Compared to the preoperative levels, the lung volumes and the ventilatory function after abdominal surgery were markedly decreased. An increasing total airway resistance and no significant changes in central airway and peripheral capacity resistance were seen after operation. Conclusions Pulmonary dysfunction after abdominal surgery have mainly been considered as a restrictive ventilatory disorder, but obstructive process caused by increasing small airway resistance should also be involved in ventilatory disturbance.
