功能矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类错软组织侧貌分析

目的分析安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类伴下颌后缩患者功能性矫治器治疗前后的软组织侧貌变化。方法23例替牙期或恒牙早期安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类伴下颌后缩的患者(男性9例,女性14例),配戴Twin-block矫治器,平均戴用时间12个月。分别拍摄治疗前后头颅定位侧位片,对面部各测量定位点进行测量,并比较治疗前后各测量指标的变化。结果安氏Ⅱ类Ⅰ分类患者治疗后软组织B点至TVL的距离,软组织颏前点至TVL的距离明显减小,治疗前后的改变存在显著性差异。结论软组织侧貌分析可作为错病例临床疗效评定的可靠方法。对处于生长发育高峰期的下颌后缩患者,Twin-block矫治器能使患者的面型趋于平衡和协调。

Soft tissue profile analysis of class II division I patients with functional appliance therapy

Objective To evaluate the soft tissue profile change of class II division I patients with retruded mandible before and after functional appliance therapy. Methods Twenty-three adolescents,9 males and 14 females,with class II division I malocclusion and retruded mandible were enrolled.They were treated with Twin-block appliances for an average of 12 months.Cephalometrics were taken before and after the treatment,and soft tissue cephalometric analysis were conducted to analyze the soft tissue profile change. ResultsAfter the treatment,the distance from B' point to the true vertical line(TVL) was significantly reduced,and so was that from Pg' to the TVL.There was significant difference before and after the treatment. Conclusion Soft tissue profile analysis is a reliable way in evaluation of treatment results for malocclusion.Twin-block appliances can efficiently harmonize the soft tissue profile of those in the adolescent growth spurt.
