| 摘 要： | 目的 测定藿贞胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。方法 用反相高效液相色谱法，流动相为甲醇-水（70∶30），紫外检测波长270 nm，流速1.4 ml·min-1。结果 丹参酮ⅡA对照品在0.7～41.6 mg·L-1浓度内线性关系良好，r=0.9994。平均加样回收率96.1%，RSD为2.2%。结论 该法简便，分离完全，结果可靠，适用于丹参酮ⅡA的测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop an assay for the determination of tanshinoneⅡ A concentration in Huozhen capsule.METHODS RP-HPLC was applied.The mobile phase was consisted of methanol: water (70∶30),the detected wave length was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.4 ml·min-1.RESULTS:The linearity was obtained over the range of 0.7～41.6 mg·L-1.The average recovery was 96.1% with the relative standard deviation 2.2%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and reliable.It is suitable for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA concentration. |
