荣筋片治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效观察

目的：观察院内制剂荣筋片治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法：将61例肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分为2组。治疗组31例,服用荣筋片、罗盖全和钙尔奇D;对照组30例,服用罗盖全和钙尔奇D,2组均以4周为1个疗程,6个疗程后统计疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为93.5%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：荣筋片治疗肾虚血瘀型原发性骨质疏松症具有一定的临床疗效。

The Clinical Efficacy of Rongjin Tablets in Treating the Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type of Primary Osteoporosis

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Rongjin tablets in treating the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of primary osteoporosis. Methods： Sixty one patients of the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups,31cases in the treatment group treated with oral administration of Rongjin tablets,calcitriol soft gelatin capsules and Vitamin D Calcium Chewable Tablets and 30 cases in the control group given oral administration of calcitriol soft gelatin capsules and Vitamin D Calcium Chewable Tablets. 4 weeks was a course of treatment and the clinical curative effect was observed after 6 courses of treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93. 5%,while that in the control group was 73. 3%; the treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group,and the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Rongjin tablets can achieve significant effect in treating the kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of primary osteoporosis.
