肝腺瘤的CT三期动态扫描影像学及病理学特征

目的：分析肝腺瘤CT三期动态扫描的影像学及病理学特征及联系，为腺瘤的影像学诊断提供参考。方法：回顾性分析肝腺瘤患者CT三期动态扫描影像和病理学变化，归纳不同病理类型肝腺瘤的影像学征象。结果：不同病理类型的肝腺瘤在CT三期动态扫描上呈现不同的影像学变化，富血流肝腺瘤表现为平扫略低密度影，增强扫描动脉期强化，门静脉期轻度强化或不强化，延迟期无强化；肝腺瘤细胞脂肪变性时，平扫呈现低密度影，动脉期及门脉期轻度强化。当肝腺瘤内出血、坏死时。平扫期为不均匀密度影，增强扫描不均匀强化或无强化。结论：CT三期动态扫描能够在一定程度上反映肝腺瘤的病理变化特点，可辅助诊断不同病理类型的肝腺瘤。

Three-phase dynamic spiral CT scan in hepatic adenoma and its pathologic character

Objective：To explore the features of three - phase dynamic CT scan in hepatic adenoma and its pathologic character, and to provide scientific evidences for diagnosis of hepatic adenoma by imaging methods. Methods： The data of three - phase dynamic scan by CT and pathological examination of hepatic adenoma were reviewed retrospectively to summarize its imaging feature and pathologic character. Results： The imaging results of three- phase dynamic scan technique by CT changed with the pathological types of the tissue. In the hepatic adenoma with abundant blood, the picture had shadow with low density, high intensive shadow at arterial phase, slightly intensive shadow at venous phase and normal lag period. In the hepatic adenoma with fatty degeneration, the picture had shadow with low density, slightly intensive shadow in arterial and venous phase. In hepatic adenomas with intratumoral bleeding and necrosis, the shadow with uniform density turned out in plan scan phase, and the picture had no intensive shadow or had intensive shadow with uniform density in arterial phase. Conclusion：Three - phase dynamic scan by CT were confirmed to be associated with its pathologic character in hepatic adenoma, which can be used in diagnosing the pathologic types.
