中药桃胶对Ⅱ度烧伤暴露创面的影响

目的观察中药桃胶溶液对Ⅱ度烧伤暴露创面愈合的影响。方法将120例Ⅱ度烧伤患者（共有254个易于暴露的烧伤创面），随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用中药桃胶涂膜溶液。对照组使用MEBO。观察2组用药后患者的疼痛反应、创面愈合情况，对比浅Ⅱ度创面用药后7d，深Ⅱ度创面用药后18d的创面愈合率以及创面愈合时间，观察创面感染情况以及中药桃胶溶液对全身情况的影响。结果桃胶治疗组用药后创面迅速结痂成膜，渗出液明显减少，疼痛明显减轻、未出现过敏反应和其他不良反应，创周炎性反应发生及程度低于对照组，细菌学调查结果表明在用药过程中治疗组其抗茵作用优于对照组。在浅Ⅱ度烧伤和深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间上，治疗组比对照组提前3d-5d，明显优于对照组。结论中药桃胶溶液对Ⅱ度烧伤创面具有明显保护作用，有一定的抗感染作用，可明显促进烧伤创面愈合。

The effects of Chinese medicine of prunus persica on exposure partial thickness burn wound

Objective Toinvestigate the effects ofChinese medicine ofprunus persica on exposure partial thickness burn wound.Methods 120 partial thickness burns patients with 254 exposure burn wound totally,were randomly divided into treating group and control group. The treating group were administered with Chinese medicine of prunus persica,and at the same time,the control group administered with MEBO. Meanwhile,we observed the pain reaction,wound healing condition,to investigate the healing rate of the partial thickness burns wound and the deep partial thickness burns wound on the 7th and the 18th day. And the time about the wound healing,wound infection instance and the effect on the body of function resume state were observed. Wistar rats were administered with Chinese medicine of prunus persica in treating exposure burn wound on the experimental group.Results The wound succeed fully grown membrane and scab promptly,effusion reduced obviously and pain alleviated evidently. No hypersusceptible reaction or other badness reaction was found in the assay group,and moreover,the occurance and extent of inflammation reaction around wound was under the control group. There was obviously antibacterial efficacy in the treating group more than the control one. However,there was no better,hypersusceptibility reaction and drugside reaction in the assay group,the wound heal time proceeding to three to five days than the control group.Conclu sion Chinese medicine of prunus persica had distinct protection effection in treating exposure partial thickness burn wound,and had definite anti-infection effect,could promote the.healing process of burn wound.
