| 摘 要： | 《食品检验》是预防医学专业一门实验性和应用性很强的专业基础课。为培养创新人才、提高学生的实验动手能力，笔者针对《食品检验》课程在实验教学中存在的主要问题，对教学内容、教学方法、实验室建设和管理等几方面提出相应建议。
