摘    要:目的:探讨用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定丙谷胺的有关物质的量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为:2%乙酸铵-甲醇-乙腈(60:30:10);流速:lml/min;检测器:UV;检测波长:240nm。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,主峰和紧邻杂质峰能得到较好分离,精密度和理论塔板数很好。结论:HPLC法可用于丙谷胺有关物质的测定,方法简便、准确、稳定。

Determination of Related Substances in Proglumide by HPLC

Abstract:Objective:To develop a HPLC method for the determination of the related substances in proglumide. Methods:A Waters Symmertry C18 column (4.6mm×150mm,5μm) was used with the mobile phase of 2% ammonium acetate-methanol-acetonitrile (60:30:10) at 1ml/min. The wavelength of UV detection was 240 nm. Results:Under this selected chromatograph condition, the prominent peak and the neighbor subsidiary peak could be successfully separated,and had very good accuracy and the theoretical plate number. Conclusion:This method is simple, accurate and stable. It can be applied to the determi- nation of the related substances in proglumide.
