| Abstract: | The open operation is still an important method in the treatment of renal lithiasis, 34 nephrolithotomies were performed to remove complicated renal caculi, and no severe bleeding and urine leakage occurred. After operation the renal function of the most patients improved significantly. We detail the operation method , and discuss protective measures concerning the renal function during occluding the kidney artery, incision and postoperative drainage. |
