| 摘 要： | 目的：了解近2年东莞地区甲真菌病病原菌的种类和构成情况。方法：对2006年5月至2008年5月来我科门诊就诊的有典型临床表现且真菌镜检阳性的患者进行了致病菌的分离培养。结果：260例甲真菌病患者中，真菌培养阳性率为85．38％，共分离出232株真菌（10株为污染菌），其中红色毛癣菌116株（52．25％），白念珠菌23株（10．36％），霉菌10株（4．50％）。结论：本地区甲真菌病致病菌中，红色毛癣菌占优势，白念珠菌亦为重要病原菌。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the species and structure of the causative pathogens of onychomyosis in Dongguan area.
