98例乳腺癌的钼靶X线分析

目的总结乳腺癌的钼靶X线表现,提高诊断水平。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的98例乳腺癌的钼靶X线表现。结果浸润性导管癌90例,髓样癌5例,其它3例。X表现为肿块90例,肿块伴腋窝淋巴结肿大21例,无肿块仅腋窝淋巴结肿大2例,仅肿块但无腋窝淋巴结转移67例,钙化32例。结论肿块是乳腺癌的最常见征象,钙化是乳腺癌的基本X线征象,腋窝淋巴结肿大是不可忽视的重要征象。使用点压技术是提高X线诊断率的重要手段。

Mammographic Analysis of 98 Breast Cancer

Objective To improve radiologic diagnosis by summarizing the mammographic appearances of breast cancer.Methods The different types of mammographic appearance of 98 patients with breast cancer were restrospectively analyzed.All cases were confirmed by operation and pathology,which included infiltrating ductal carcinoma（n=90,92.9%）,medullary carcinoma（n=5,5.1%）and the other types（n=3）;calcification（n=32,32.7%）.Results The mammographic appearance of 98 patients with breast cancer included：mass（n=90）,axillary nodes in armpit（n=23）,the latter consisted of mass associated with axillary nodes in armpit（n=21）,only axillary nodes（n=2）,only mass（n=67）.Concluesion The mass is the most frepuently basic X-ray sign in breast cance.Calcification is the most basic sign.Axillary nodes in armpit is important X-ray sign that was easily missed.The use of coned compression technique is particularly important in radiological diagnosis of breast cancer.
