| 摘 要： | 目的:观察柔肝抑纤饮对实验性肝纤维化大鼠肝细胞凋亡的影响,探讨其抗肝纤维化机制。方法:用CCl4制备实验性肝纤维化大鼠模型,采用DNA片断琼脂糖凝胶电泳结合透射电镜观察检测肝细胞凋亡情况,并检测血清纤维化指标水平和半定量肝组织胶原增生情况。结果:柔肝抑纤饮可明显抑制肝细胞凋亡,降低血清纤维化指标水平和肝组织胶原增生程度。结论:柔肝抑纤饮抗肝纤维化的作用途径之一是抑制肝细胞的凋亡。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effect of Rougan yixian decoction on hepatocyte apoptosis of experimental rat with hepatic fibrosis and reveal the mechanism of anti-fibrosis.Methods: To create the model rats with hepatic fibrosis by CCl_4,and observe the hepatocyte apoptosis through DNA agarose gel electrophoresis and transmission electron microscope,furthermore detect the content of fibrotic indexes in serum and analyze the hyperplastic collagen in hepatic tissue by using semiquantitative method.Results: Rougan yixian decoction can restrain the hepatocyte apoptosis and decrease the content of fibrotic indexes in serum as well as the degree of hyperplastic collagen in hepatic tissue.Conclusion: One of the ways to restrain hepatic fibrosis with Rouganyixian decoction is to restrain hepatocyte apoptosis. |
