结肠癌及结肠腺瘤细胞核形态计量指标的逐步判别分析

Stepwise Analysis of Nuclear Morphometric Parameters of Colorectal Tumors

Objective\ To evaluate the nuclear morphometry parameters of adenoma,adenocarcinoma of colorectum as well as their clinical usage.\ Methods\ Eight nuclear morphometric parameters were measured in 30 adenoma,53 carcinoma specimens and 10 normal mucosae by color image analysis system.\ Results\ The majority of the parameters measured had remarkable difference in three groups(P<0 01),and among them nuclear area,nuclear maximum width and average integrated density were most \{evaluable\} factors in identifying colorectal lesions; furthermore,after tested by stepwise discriminationary classification,giving an accuracy rate of 82 95%.\ Conclusion\ The quantitative evaluations of precancerous lesion and malignancy of colorectum using image analysis can serve as important references for differential diagnosis.
