摘    要:随着人类基因组计划的完成,分子医学的研究领域已转移到蛋白质组学研究。蛋白质组学为发现肿瘤诊断标志物及可能的新型治疗靶分子提供了可能,肿瘤发生早期的蛋白质变化有可能成为临床早期诊断指标。表面增强激光解析电离飞行时间质谱技术是一种操作简单、敏感性高、特异性强的高通量蛋白组学方法,是基于蛋白质芯片和质谱技术联用的多种肿瘤标志物筛选的分析平台。现主要对SELDI蛋白质芯片技术在肺癌早期诊断中的应用研究现状予以简要综述。

Abstract:With the human genomc project completed, the field of molecular medicine research has shifted to proteomics research. Proteomics provides a kind of possibility to discover diagnosis markers and new treatment target of tumor,and protein changes in early tumorigenesis have probably become early diagnosis indicators for clinic. Surface-enhanced laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOFMS) technique is a high-throughput proteomics approach with simple operation, high sensitivity and marked specificity, and becomes a variety of tumor markers screening analysis platform based on the protein chips combined with mass spectrometry. This article reviewed the application of SELDI protein chip technology in early diagnosis of lung cancer.
