急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP和IL-6水平的变化及其临床意义

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和白细胞介素6（IL-6）浓度变化的临床意义。方法回顾分析90例急性脑梗死患者（脑梗死组）和40名健康人（对照组）血清hs-CRP和IL-6的含量,并按脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分（NDS）标准对患者进行分组比较。结果急性血栓性脑梗死患者血清中hs-CRP和IL-6含量明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,血清中hs-CRP和IL-6含量与NDS呈正相关。结论血清中hs-CRP和IL-6可作为评价老年脑梗死病变程度的重要指标,对评估病情和预后有一定的意义。

Changes of hs-CRP,IL-6 and their clinical significance in acute cerebral infarction patients

Aim To study the relationship of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and interleukin-6 in cerebral infarction.Methods The serum level of CRP in ninety patients(cerebral infarction group)and forty healthy persons(control group)was determined.All the patients were scored by clinic neurological deficit scale(NDS),and the relationship between their levels and the severity of cerebral infarction were compared and analyzed.Results The levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in cerebral infarction were much higher than those control group(P<0.05).The levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 were positively corrective with the severity of the disease.Conclusion The hs-CRP and IL-6 may be helpful to assecss the cerebral infarction.The serum level of CRP and IL-6 were closely correlated with the variety of cerebral infarction.
