抗胆碱药对急性高原肺水肿的血液动力学影响及治疗作用观察

目的：为了探讨抗胆碱对急性高原肺水肿（ＡＨＰＥ）的疗效及机制，我们观察比较了４００例来自唐古拉山及昆仑山公路施工区的急进高原人群的急性高原病患者，抗胆碱药治疗与一般疗法对血液动力学影响及疗效；方法：４００例ＡＨＰＥ患者随机分为抗胆碱药物组（２６３例）和一般疗法组（１３７例），抗胆碱药物组采用阿托品、东莨菪碱治疗，一般疗法组不用抗胆碱药，其他措施相同；结果：抗胆碱药物组疗效明显优于一般疗法组，其症状

HEMODYNAMICS AND THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF ANTICHOLINERGIC ON HIGH ALTITUDE PUMONARY EDEMA

Objective: In order to research the therapeutic effects and mechanism of anticholinergic in acute high altitude pulmonary edema (AHPE). Methods: 400 patients with AHPE,during exposure Mt. Tanggula and Mt. Kunlun,were randomly divided into two groups:a group in which the patients were taken with anticholinergic druge and a group in which general treatment were taken (137 cases) Results: Anticholinergic therapy was obviously superier than general therapy,and the mean admitted days were reduced and there is a better cure rate. These effects could be related with the improvement of hemodynamics. Conclusions: Anticholinergic can improve the hemodynamics state of patients with AHPE and rise the therapeutic effects.
