类“V”或“N”美容切口在腮腺良性肿瘤手术中的应用

目的评价类＂V＂或＂N＂美容切口在腮腺良性肿瘤切除术中应用的临床价值。方法收集20例腮腺良性肿瘤患者,采用面部除皱切口改良而来的腮腺美容切口入路,进行保留面神经和耳大神经的肿瘤并腮腺区域切除术。随访观察该切口的美观程度以及临床疗效。结果所有患者均达临床Ι期愈合,无涎瘘发生。2例患者术后出现暂时面瘫,6月后恢复。所有患者术后均出现不同程度的耳垂麻木,除2例患者耳大神经损伤外,其余患者耳垂麻木于术后2个月恢复。患者对该切口的美观程度比较满意。结论类＂V＂或＂N＂美容切口入路切除腮腺肿瘤切口隐蔽,美容效果好,腮腺部位的大部分肿瘤都可以采用此术式。

Application of modified incision in parotidectomy

Objective To evaluate the modified incision in parotidectomy. Methods Twenty patients with parotid gland tumor were included in this study .A modified incision derived from facial plastic surgery was used for parotidectomy with preservation of facial nerve as well as great auricular nerve .The follow - up study included the cosmetic effect of this incision and the clinical outcome .Results The modified incision healed uneventfully in all patients without salivary fistulae.Two patients undergo facial nerve paralysis but recovered two months after surgery .All the patients felt insensible earlobe after operation,but recovered two months later except for five patients whose great auricular nerves were cut off by accident during operation .All the patients were highly satisfied with this modified incision .Conclution Parotidectomy can be performed well through the modified incision and good aesthetid results can be achieved with this incision.
