| 摘 要： | 目的: 以毛冬青口服液中毛冬青总黄酮含量为指标考察其稳定性.方法: 采用紫外分光光度法测定毛冬青总黄酮,采用恒温加速实验预测其有效期.结果: 毛冬青口服液稳定性与温度有关,符合 Arrhenius 公式.结论: 推测毛冬青口服液室温下有效期为1.84年.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the stability of Maodongqing oral liquid with the total flavone as an index.Method: The thermostatic accelerated test was used, the total flavone was determined by UV spectrophotometry.Result: The stability of Maodongqing oral liquid was related to the temperature, which was consistent with Arrhenius equation.Conclusion: The useful life of Maodongqing oral liquid was predicted as 1.84 years after the experimental data were calculated by statistics. |
