| 摘 要： | 目的：分析评价平阳霉素碘油乳剂子宫动脉灌注在子宫肌瘤像介入治疗中的临床疗效。方法：对20例子宫肌瘤患者经子宫动脉灌注PLE随访2－12个月观察。结果：子宫体积（含瘤体）缩小30％－50％，临床症状明显改善，结论：使用平阳霉素碘油乳剂栓塞子宫动脉疗子宫肌瘤是有效的。

| Abstract: | To evalute the efficacy of interventional therapy of uterine arterial embolization withpingyangmycin - lipodol emulsion (PLE) for treating uterine leiomyoma. Methods Through the uterine arteries PLE was infused to 20 patients with uterine Leiomyoma. The devascular effect were observed in 2 - 12months follow-up periods. Results The sizes of uterus (included tumors) were diminished to some extent after embolotherapy and patient's symptoms were improved. The eiminution rate of uterus was 30% - 50% , Conclusions uterine arterial embolization with PLE for treating uterine leiomyoma was safe and effective. |
