| 摘 要： | 目的：观察认知行为疗法对精神分裂症的疗效。方法：取住院精神分裂症病人60例，随机分成治疗组与对照组两组，各30例，观察6个月，以简明精神病量表（BPRS）评定疗效。结果：两组BPRS有明显差异。结论：认知行为疗法对精神分裂症病人有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:to study the effect of schizophrenic treated with method of correct-behavior.Methods:60 patients of schizophrenic in hospital were randomly and averagely divided into treat group and compare group for 6 months.The effect was assessed by Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS).Results: Significant differences were found in the score of BPRS between two groups.Conclusions: The study suggests that the method of corrected-behavior is effective to treat schizophrenic. |
