胃癌患者围手术期营养支持作用探讨

目的探讨临床药师在营养支持治疗过程中药学服务的实践模式。方法临床药师参与1例围术期胃癌患者营养支持治疗过程,对患者的营养支持方式与途径,选择营养液安全性、合理性及有效性等方面予以关注,结合国内外营养支持治疗指南对医师营养支持治疗过程进行分析和营养计划提出建议。结果在临床药师与临床医师的相互合作下,患者术后营养状况得到改善。结论临床药师参与围术期肿瘤患者营养支持治疗过程,提高了临床营养支持药物的合理使用。

Nutritional support for patients with gastric cancer undergoing operation

Objective To investigate the pharmaceutical care mode of nutrition support treatment from clinical pharmacists in the practice. Methods Clinical pharmacists involved in a case of patients with gastric cancer surgery surrounded nutritional support during the treatment. Nutritional support mode, the safety and effectiveness of selection were concerned, combined with nutritional support treatment guidelines for doctors＇ treating process analysis and nutrition program proposals. Results With the cooperation of clinical pharmacists and clinicians, the patient＇s nutrition was improved. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participating in perioperative treatment process of nutritional support for patients with tumor improve the rational use of drugs in clinical nutritional support treatment.
