摘    要:目的建立益母颗粒中盐酸水苏碱含量的测定方法。方法采用LC-MS/MS法测定盐酸水苏碱的含量。使用Venusil HILIC色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm,3μm),以乙腈-水(70:30)为流动相,流速为0.3 mL·min-1。以电喷雾离子源(ESI)正离子模式将样品离子化,多反应监测(MRM)模式下对盐酸水苏碱(m/z144.06→57.96和m/z 144.06→84.01)进行测定。结果盐酸水苏碱浓度在4.68234.0 ng·mL-1与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为98.8%,RSD为1.5%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、可靠、准确,可作为益母颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish a quantitative method to determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimu granules. Methods The content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimu granules was determined by LC-MS/MS. The chromatographic column was Venusil HILIC(100 mm×2.1 mm, 3 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrilewater(70 :30). The fl ow rate was 0.3 mL·min- 1. The eletrospray ionization(ESI) with positive source of the mass spectrometer and multiple reaction monitor(MRM) mode were used to detect stachydrine hydrochloride(m/z 144.06→57.96 and 144.06→84.01). Results The linearity of stachydrine hydrochloride was at 4.68- 234.0 ng·mL-1(r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 98.8%, and the RSD was 1.5%(n = 6). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and can be used to determine the content of stachydrine hydrochloride in Yimu granules.
