| 摘 要： | 代谢组学是一门对生物体或细胞中全部低分子质量代谢产物进行定性、定量分析的学科,将在内外因素的作用下产生的代谢物质的动态变化与病理生理相关联。它主要应用在微生物学、植物学、食品及营养科学、毒理学研究、临床疾病诊断及药物开发等领域。本文对代谢组学的研究流程及各种分析技术在代谢组学中的应用和特点,各种分析技术各自的优缺点等进行了综述。并对相关技术要点和实际应用中存在的问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Metabolomics is a science and technology developed recently.It mainly refers to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of all low relative molecular metabolites in organs or cells.It can be applied to monitor the dynamic alternation of metabolites induced by both internal and external factors and predict the pathophysiology.It is mainly applied in microbiology,botany,food and nutrition science,toxicology,clinical diagnosis of disease,and drug development.This paper reviewed the research process,applications and features of analytical techniques in metabolomics,and discussed related technical points. |
