螺旋CT三维重建在骨盆骨折治疗中的临床应用

目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建在骨盆骨折中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2005年9月-2006年4月我们收治的17例骨盆骨折病例,患者均先行X线摄片,再行螺旋CT三维重建并与手术对照。结果17例患者中,7例X线片漏诊或可疑,经三维重建后修正诊断,对于骶骨骨折及复杂粉碎性的骨盆后环骨折,三维CT片较X线片有明显优势,能多层次清晰显示骨盆后环的骨折形态。结论螺旋CT三维重建对骨盆骨折的诊断、分类及指导治疗具有重要的临床意义。

Spiral CT with 3D reconstruction for pelvic fracture

Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT with 3D reconstruction in the pelvic fractures.Methods Seventeen cases of pelvic fractures examined with spiral CT in our hospital from September 2005 to April 2006 were studied retrospectively.All patients were given the pelvic X-ray photography and then spiral CT with 3D reconstruction.The results were compared with the findings in operation.Results Spiral CT with 3D construction corrected the misdiagnosis or uncertainty of seven cases who had plain radio-graphs.The 3D CT showed obvious advantages over plain radio-graphs in detecting sacral fracture and complicated comminuted fracture,because it clearly delineated fractures of posterior pelvic-ring and manifested the severity of comminution and sepearation.Conclusion The 3D CT scan provides valuable information for precise diagnosis and treatment plan for the complex pelvic fractures.
