早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效研究

目的:研究早期康复护理对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能和日常生活能力恢复的疗效和意义。方法:随机将80例患者分为康复组和对照组,康复组接受以Bobath运动疗法为主的早期康复护理训练,对照组常规神经内科护理。结果:入院时两组患者的各项评分均无差异(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,康复组FMA评分、DDNF评分和B l评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。康复组患者上下肢的运动功能明显好于对照组,神经功能缺损程度明显减轻,日常生活自理能力明显改善。结论:早期康复护理能明显提高脑卒中偏瘫患者生活自理能力,有助于患者早期回归家庭和社会。

A study on effect of early rehabilitation nursing on patients with hemiplegia caused by acute cerebral stroke

Objective: To study the effect and significance of early rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery and daily living abilities of patients with hemiplegia caused by acute cerebral stroke.Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(n=40) and control group(n=40).Early rehabilitation nursing based on Bobath's methods and routine nursing care was respectively applied in the two groups.Results: The scores of FMA,DDNF and BI in the 2 groups were similar at the pre-therapy stage(P>0.05).One month later,the scores of rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The functional recovery of the limbs was better than that of the control group.The degree of neural function deficiency was significantly alleviated;the daily living ability was improved.Conclusion: Early rehabilitation nursing can improve the daily living ability of the patients with hemiplegia caused by acute cerebral stroke and is helpful for patients to return back to family and community.
