| 摘 要： | 白内障是最常见的致盲眼病之一,晶状体上皮细胞的凋亡是除先天性白内障以外的所有类型白内障发生的共同细胞学基础。近些年的研究表明:多种调控基因参与了晶状体上皮细胞凋亡。我们将近年来晶状体上皮细胞凋亡调控基因与白内障的研究情况做一综述。

| Abstract: | Cataract is one of the most common eye diseases causing blind,lens epithelial cell apoptosis is the cellular basis of all kinds of cataract except congenital cataract. Recent studies have shown that:a variety of regulatory genes involved in lens epithelial cell apoptosis. This article reviewed the recent advances in the researches on lens epithelial cell apoptosis and cataract. |
