抚宁县儿童预防接种情况调查及未接种原因分析

目的了解我县儿童的预防接种现状,探讨不合格接种及未接种的影响因素,以便有针对性地采取措施,提高儿童合格接种率。方法采用标准组群抽样的方法。结果(1)白破加强合格接种率明显低于其它疫苗。(2)合格接种率城区高于城镇,城镇高于农村,但差别不显著。(3)不合格接种和未接种影响因素主要是通知不到位、服务半径大、周期长以及家长认识不够、儿童生病等因素。结论加强农村儿童免疫接种工作仍是我县计免工作的重中之重。

Analysis on Immunization Eligible Coverage Rate and Missing Reason Among Children in FuNing County

Objective Study the immunization eligible coverage rate and analyze the missing reason among children so as to increase the immunization coverage rate in Fu Ning County.Methods A random-cluster sampling process was used.Results The eligible coverage rate of TD vaccination was significantly lower than other kinds of bacterins.The eligible coverage rate in city was higher than in town.And it was higher in town than in village. There were a lot of reasons to make the unqualified vaccination take place.On one hand,it had relationship with the center for disease control and prevention did not give the information or vaccination on time because of long distance. On the other hand,it was because of the illness of the children,or the ignoring of their parents.Conclusions In- creasing the eligible coverage rate among rural children is still an important work in our county.
